Keralan Curry

Lacto-veg (optional yogurt dressing)

A very pretty, easy and delicious dish from Jamie Oliver's 15-Minute Meals Recipe. It took us a bit longer, but really was a breeze to make and is now a favorite around here. :)

Welcome to my kitchen!

Started in Feb 2013 to inspire myself back into the kitchen, the "Great Kitchen Revival chronicles" have become a creative and fun recipe index.

Here is very simple, healthy food in the midst of busy modern living. I tend towards vegetarian fare, though am learning to cook animal protein.

Please don’t mind the low-quality photography ;) and feel free to peruse at leisure for ideas and tips to revive your own kitchen - simply, quickly, wholesomely.
